Plant Locations

The JVC America, Inc. (JAI) United States headquarters is located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The Tuscaloosa campus includes a JAI-owned 225,000 square foot optical media replication plan and a 250,000 square foot vacant facility for additional warehousing and manufacturing expansion.

The JAI Fulfillment Center occupies a 368,000 square foot building in Kennesaw, Georgia. The facility is located 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta adjacent to McCollum Field airport and 45 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The site was selected because of its easy interstate access; favorable business climate, including availability of an experienced workforce and access to temporary labor; proximity to customer/visitor amenities such as hotels, restaurants, and shopping; and the availability of land for continued expansion.

The cross-dock, tilt-up concrete structure was constructed in September 1999 and is designed for maximum efficiency: 36' ceiling heights; 66 loading docks split equally between incoming (receiving) and outgoing (shipping) product; an ESFR fire protection system; and comprehensive security system that assures protection of customer intellectual and physical property.

July 1, 2008 was the Grand Opening of JAI’s newest facility: a 542,000 square foot building designed for special bundle packaging, POP assembly, and fulfillment. The facility was specifically designed to support the rapid growth of one of JAI’s many valued interactive entertainment customers and is located in Douglasville, Georgia.

JAI operates sales offices in Tuscaloosa, Atlanta, Chicago, and Los Angeles.
