FrontOffice® Package Tracking System

JVC’s Front Office® package tracking system provides customers with online real-time package tracking and proof of delivery information, which consolidates the results of all carriers into a single web site. Views can be custom defined and filters provide the ability to display selective results and sort sequences. Within this site, customers can define a "Watch List," which selectively watches critical packages until they are delivered. Results can be downloaded or e-mailed. A "TRACK" hot key responds with a real-time update of the carton’s location and opens a window to the carrier’s website where a tracking itinerary is available.
