Reverse Logistics

Returns processing is an essential part of the JAI Fulfillment Center. All returned products are carefully inspected to identify SKU and to determine appropriate disposition.

Each returned unit is identified, counted, and inspected according to guidelines established jointly by JVC and its customer. These guidelines identify the criteria that are used to determine a returned product's final disposition. Disposition of returned product may include:

• Return to stock
• Repair
• Disassembled to salvage valuable internal components/materials
• On-site destruction
